Your specific role will vary from projects to projects but you can expect significant exposure to client interaction and technology. There is no defined timeline for career progression and your performance will be the sole factor that determines how fast you reach equity partnership. |

Associate Consultant |
| |
ACs typically join us directly from polytechnics or universities. It is not essential to have an IT background but some knowledge of IT will be helpful in delivering from the start. An AC is expected to contribute to all aspects of a project, including application development, technology exploration, and business analysis. ACs will be given the necessary training and coaching to perform in their role. Attention will be given especially to client delivery mechanisms. |

Senior Consultant |
| |
Senior consultants are either experienced hires or have progressed from the AC level. They are expected to engage clients directly in project issues and in some cases, perform the role of team leads. Senior consultant should acquire an acute sense for problem-solving and appreciation for different technologies. |

Managers |
| |
Managers lead consulting teams and ensure that clients' requirements are met. They play key roles in the performance of the project team and manage the client relationships for the firm. Very often, managers will also be asked to perform pre-engagement roles like sales and client development. Managers are also expected to provide coaching to their less experienced project team members and serve as mentors to our junior firm members. |

Senior Managers seek to create value for our clients through their experience and acumen in resolving the most complex business and technology issues. |
